Case Study

A leading software manufacturer approached SSB BART Group because accessibility was blocking a multi-million dollar contract with a Federal agency. Because the agency was also a customer, SSB BART Group was able to interface between the two parties to facilitate the procurement. - Prepared all documentation necessary to ensure the procurement proceeded without difficulty or interruption.
As a result of these efforts, the software company won the contract and gained a loyal customer. In addition, the accessibility initiative enabled the company to achieve Accessibility Certification, providing a competitive advantage for further product sales.
